The service
Declutter Abuja is a marketplace for product discovery and direct communication. Buyers and sellers do not need accounts to browse or submit listings. The platform does not collect payments, provide escrow, or organise physical delivery.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for having the right to sell an item and for providing accurate descriptions, prices, photos and contact details. Disclose known faults and avoid false or misleading claims. Do not include another person’s private information without permission.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers should ask questions, inspect goods, verify relevant ownership details and decide whether an item is suitable before paying. Prices and arrangements are negotiated directly with sellers. Payment is made directly to the seller after inspection and acceptance.
Listing review
Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may decline or remove listings that are misleading, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with seller guidelines. Approval is not a guarantee of identity, authenticity, ownership or condition. Publication timing is not guaranteed.
Unacceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful goods, harassment, impersonation, spam or infringement of other people’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass security controls or interfere with the marketplace.
Deals and disputes
A transaction is between the buyer and seller, not the marketplace. We do not guarantee payment, refunds, item quality or delivery, and we do not provide an escrow or transaction dispute service. Report suspicious listings through Contact Us. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your listing content
You retain responsibility for your content. By submitting a listing, you permit the marketplace to store, display and use the submitted details and photos to operate and promote that listing. Do not upload content you have no right to use.
