Seller Guidelines
Honest details and clear photos make it easier for the right buyer to find your item.
List the real item
Use a clear title with the item type and brand. Photograph the actual item, not a catalogue image. Show important details and visible faults. Avoid placing identity documents or private information in photos.
Describe the condition honestly
Choose one of the four conditions — Neatly Used, Fairly Used, Used or Needs Repair — using the Product Condition Guide. Neatly Used never means brand new. Always state whether the item has a known functional fault and describe it; if a fault stops it working properly, choose Needs Repair. List cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, stains or missing parts separately, and give an accurate age.
Set an asking price and location
Enter your asking price in naira and choose the appropriate category and Abuja district. Use a nearby public landmark instead of an exact home address. Buyers negotiate with you directly.
Keep contact details accurate
Provide a Nigerian phone number buyers can use to call or contact you on WhatsApp. Your seller name and phone number become public when the listing is approved. No seller account is required.
Respect the review process
Your submission is reviewed before appearing on the marketplace. Do not submit repeated copies of the same item. If an item sells or its details need changing, contact us with the listing link.
Only offer items you may lawfully sell
Do not submit stolen goods, counterfeit items, illegal substances, weapons, fraudulent offers or content that infringes another person’s rights. Only list items you own or are authorised to sell. The marketplace may decline or remove unsuitable listings.
Arrange a safe handover
Agree inspection, payment and handover directly with the buyer. Let the buyer inspect before paying and independently confirm receipt of money. The marketplace does not collect funds, provide escrow or organise physical delivery.
