Information you provide
When you submit a listing, we store your seller name and phone number, item details, price, location, photos and submission status. When you contact us, we store your name, email, topic, optional listing link and message.
Information visible to buyers
Approved listings display seller names and phone numbers alongside item descriptions, photos, prices and location details. Buyers can use this information to call or message sellers. Do not include a home address, identity document, bank details or other sensitive information in your listing.
How information is used
We use listing information to review submissions, publish approved items and enable direct buyer–seller contact. Contact messages are used to handle enquiries, listing concerns, safety reports and privacy requests. They are not published as listings.
Storage and service providers
Listings, uploaded photos and contact messages are stored using Lovable Cloud. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the service. Submitted information may be accessed by people responsible for operating and reviewing the marketplace.
WhatsApp, calls and external services
When you choose WhatsApp, you leave this website and use WhatsApp’s service under its own privacy terms. Phone calls are handled by your device and telecom provider. Conversations, inspections and payments arranged directly with sellers are outside the marketplace.
Browser storage and retention
Browsing and selling do not require an account. The site may use browser storage and technical data for service operation. Listing and enquiry records remain stored until removed; no fixed automatic deletion period is currently established. Do not assume a rejected or unpublished submission has been deleted.
Your choices and requests
Use Contact Us and select “Privacy request” to ask about access, correction or removal of your information. Include the relevant listing link and enough information to identify your submission, but never send passwords or one-time codes. We may need to check that the request relates to your information. Legal obligations and copies already held by others may affect removal.
